Old part of the Roblox website is still archived and accessible

I am once again posting this back up since it got taken down by moderators. I have already submitted a report to the support team however I would like this to be known on the developer forum as well.

I encountered a bug on the Roblox website while browsing through the Internet Archive. I had the idea to copy an old URL from the archived site and paste it into Roblox, which led me to this issue. It’s extremely rare to come across an old, unaltered part of Roblox still accessible on the official site.

This issue should be addressed, as there’s no reason for this outdated content to remain live. Additionally, when I click on the image, nothing happens. I’m not redirected to the Roblox homepage or anywhere else. Every time I visit this page, I’m unable to interact with it in any meaningful way.

The link to the bug site: Roblox

I have provided an image showing the outdated site:

Expected behavior

Please fix this issue as it remains on the website for no reason whatsoever and because of this it is using unnecessary data to be loaded on the roblox servers.

This shouldn’t be considered a bug, it does not affect the Roblox website at all (you’re not gonna find a vulnerability in a page displaying an image), and has been known for a while (it even was used in 2023).

If this was a bug, it would’ve been addressed in 2023 when it was used. I (and many others after looking at your original thread) see it as an easter egg opposed to being an evil bug,

Caching. I also don’t think Roblox cares about the small amount of people visiting the site when not cached.
