When opening plugin management, both the new plugin management pop up and old plugin management webpage will open.

This bug has only begun occurring within the past day.

Before this bug starting occurring, I thought that the Web-Browser and the Old plugin manager had been removed from the Roblox studio instillation. I tried using the web browser and to say the least it is not the best and fastest web browser.
