Personally as a Low Poly Builder/3D Modeller myself I would not accept a job like this for only 4k R$ especially since your asking for an entire lobby + 40+ meshes.

How much would be a more suitable price ?
40 meshes alone would probably run you at least 12,500R$, not including the building of the map itself. I would consider making the price 20,000-25,000R$. If you can’t provide this; consider percentages. Hope you find a suitable candidate!

I can understand what others are saying, but we do not know the complexity of these “40+” assets that you need. You said backpacks and tools. Anything you may find really complex that you want? Do you have reference images for every single asset you would like made? Also, could you explain the theme of the lobby? (Ex. Cartoony, realism, etc.)
I think you should hire a builder, plus two modelers for the job. One modeler should make the assets and the second modeler should make the map, unless a builder does the map making. You may want to think about tthat. You also may want to provide a budget you have since everybody agrees that the payment is low.

Not worth making 40 models for $ 12.
Start with a value above 20k, otherwise you will get nothing but inexperienced people to do so.
(20k = $ 60)
I can raise my budget to 10k but thats for everything ( including the maps and the lobby )
As previously mentioned by @coneylove133, depending on the complexity of the assets / lobby, this may even be acceptable; Put in your posts images of examples of some of the assets you want, this will make things easier.

I’ll make a group . Before you start , i can show proof of money if you don’t trust me . Before you hand everything over , i’ll pay 1st after you show proof of completion.

this is kinda off topic but what the source of robux? you dont have any game that actully have player.
Just to put it into perspective:
4k robux is equivalent to $14 USD. The minimum wage in the state of New York is just over $11 USD an hour. As a result, your 14 dollars would be worth about an hour and a quarter of the creator’s time.
If you believe everything you require can be completed in that hour and a quarter, you have a good price. That being said, from what I have read it seems you will require far more time than that due to the sheer quantity of assets you need and their relative complexities.
10k robux (35 USD) is getting there, but again would only be sufficient for roughly 3 hours of work.
I would suggest you judge the price based on how long you expect the work to take.
