I haven’t posted in a while.
I have started an old warehouse build and was wondering what I could add to make it look better?
I need feedback and ideas!

It looks empty. You should add boxes around, some which are closed, and some which have things inside such as computers, or any objects really. Other than boxes you can add sofas and armpit chairs that are covered with white cloth to seem like they haven’t been used for a long time. One last thing is to add some shelves where you can also place small objects, mechanic tools, etc.

I think using truss to support the roof would be more realistic, empty shelves and shattered walls/ roof with some bits and pieces of the roof/wall on the floor would be an extra detail that I recommend. Add some pillar supporting the building as well. That all I have but good luck with your build :D.
Overall your build looks nice. To make it look better I would add indoor vegetation, maybe some desks and benches. One last thing that I would improve on is the pipe running across the ceiling. Although I cant quite see the entirety of it from the pictures you provided it seems one section of the pipe is above the beams while the rest are under. I would make it so that the entire pipe is running above the roof. You also mentioned that the warehouse is supposed to look old. I would work on that part. To me it doesn’t look that old. Maybe make the pipe a rust material to show that. I would also add a decal or texture to the windows making them look shattered. Keep up the good work!

It is way to bright and not run down enough, add dust particles to simulate dust and trash all over the place, add graffiti to the walls because any old warehouse has graffiti in it. And pillars as well.

Things to add once taken into further steps:
- Boxes
- A pickup truck
- Some support beams
- some piles of rocks
- piles of bricks
- some old furniture
- other decorations
- make it look overgrown by adding some plants on the walls

The warehouse is pretty amazing. I love the shape and design inside. I would suggest that you add some work lights inside though, because at the moment the warehouse is pretty empty. I would also add an electrical box inside the warehouse too. A forklift is a great addition, I think you should add too. Maybe throw some crates or boxes in the corners of the building so it could look more like a warehouse I also recommend adding some shelves in the building just to make it less empty.
Some simple details could make the warehouse have a better feel to it, however, don’t add too much because I believe you’re not going for those large warehouses that usually have a bunch of stuff placed around the building overall it does look good.
when i look at this, i don’t get the “old” warehouse vibe. maybe try dulling out the color of the wood instead of it looking so vibrant? just a suggestion :>
