Oliver/Noah bundle head has a plain gray textured spot under the nose

The head asset used by the Oliver and Noah bundles has a gray spot in the nose area of its texture. Observed effects and the texture in question are shown below.

Expected behavior

I expect there to be no gray spot on the texture, like so:
