Once you exit fullscreen, every subsequent occurrence forces studio window into Restore Down

If you have exited fullscreen once then every other time this is done the window is forced into Restore Down mode, regardless of the previous mode (i.e. Maximized). This only occurs in studio.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open studio and make sure the window is maximized
  2. Enter fullscreen
  3. Exit fullscreen (note the window state)
  4. Enter fullscreen again
  5. Exit fullscreen once more (now the window state will be Restore Down)

Repeating steps 4 and 5 will continue to yield the same results regardless if you set the window back to Maximized mode.
