I have made a one way sign, but since it’s a commission for a proper game I have to cut the details slightly.

I don’t get what the purpose of this portion would be:
Unless it was a multi-purpose sign with an electric crosswalk sign on the pole also. It looks like a wiring access cover. Or, if the one way sign is a lighted sign.
