This issue seems to be resolved for me!
I’m currently residing under a school network by the time of this post, so that might have affected the request.
Regardless, signing up for a Roblox Account in Ontario seems to be possible once more.
I’m going to mark this as resolved, as none of those who previously experienced the issue are still experiencing it. Just let me know if I should revert it to unresolved and I will.
