Hi there! My name is awfulszn/Kody and I am a scripter here on ROBLOX. I have been on the platform since 2009 (2011 on my current account) and have been developing since then. Since then I have been hired by a variety of people and have worked on my own projects.
I was briefly hired by the group Pastriez (a cafe group with 1M members) to patch a $200 backdoor exploit and provide added scripts for exploit prevention. As well as well-known YouTubers.
The most notable out of these places I would say is Divine Division, this was a game I helped work on with my good friend Mark (daanemark11), it is a Runescape inspired game and was a ton of fun to help with. He now runs a successful game studio here on ROBLOX and has accumulated millions of visits in total. I am proud to say we have worked together.
I tend to follow the DRY (Don’t Repeat Yourself) rule when programming, this helps keep code clean and easy to understand. I like to code as if another developer is going to read it, and allow them to be able to understand my code clearly without any issues.
I often utilize modular code to keep my scripts clean and understandable.

A few months ago, I made a post looking for a scripter to bring onto my team to help me with my group’s game. Kody’s application stood out far more than the others. He was professional, knew what he was doing, and overall a really good guy. We’ve become friends, and not just colleagues. I highly suggest working with him. He’s an amazing guy.

I hired him to complete some scripts for my game, he was able to get them done in a expedited fashion. He is great, and he is very active and friendly to interact with, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone proficient in lua to code your game. 10/10 rating from me.
Unfortunately I do not accept percentages as a payment option as there is no way to guarantee that I receive payment for my work if the game doesn’t do as well as expected.

Hi there, unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be something I would be interested in pursuing seeing as I do not accept percentage payments and 1k funds isn’t close to what would be expected. Also, what you sent me doesn’t actually state what needs to be done, it only states that the scripter should be able to “script almost anything”. Good luck, though!
