Prices are negotiable, I only accept Robux through group funds, no PayPal’s.

You must have 50% of the payment ready, you will be required to pay 25% downpayment, 25% when I have created half of your requested order, 50% when I am done with your order. In order to avoid me get scammed the models will be created in my places, when I receive my payment, the models will be placed onto your decided place, group game, or under your profile.

I will make all your requested models, buildings once I get my downpayment of 25%, then I will start creating your model that you have ordered. I will not create anything else only what you have asked me to, so if you want something more, please add them to the list before coming to talk with me.

I have every right to showcase the create I have made for you, showcase it in my portfolio, etc.
