It could be a like to dislike ratio on all of your places? It would grab the average of all of your places and that would be the Game Rating leaderstat?

The big reasons on why they should come to my hangout would be it is specfically for players who develop, (like the developer forum, but instant posts as in in game chat) as for conveince you just load in and there will be signs like trade hangout that are like I need a script or a UI Designer or a Builder you dont have to spend uour time just writing a whole big post. And im not sure what exactly you mean towardsthe last question.

I whole heartedly agree with what @HowIt_Do said, how you go about making the practice of hiring and discussing with fellow developers is going to be difficult, considering both the DevForum and places like Group Recruiting Plaza already fit those roles perfectly fine. Iād suggest you rethink the idea and figure it out before jumping into a project like this head-first, if you donāt know what your doing, you wonāt hit those big boy numbers.

If nothing else- no one here would like to see you fail. Iād personally like to see you refine the idea into being the most sound version of this concept- and make a good judgement/value proposition to yourself and others!
Refine it from bring what people are calling a good idea, into what people will call a great idea. I wish you luck in that endeavor

Iād recommend trying to segment developers by the position of their choosing, so they can choose if they wish to be identified as a Recruiter, Animator, Builder, Modeler, UI Designer, Artist, and so on so that way everyone is organized and easily recognizable.
In terms of map design Iād suggest making it so you can teleport to specific parts of the map linked to the positions mentioned, with their themes being wildly different based entirely on the position and what they mean. For instance; the āAnimator Worldā could have lots of dummies doing different emotes. The Builder World could be full of differently styled props and buildings to help differentiate the styles.

I agree with @SwedishLegend, since to me it sounds like youāre creating a group recruiting plaza, where people show off their games and their groups. I think it would be a good idea, but it doesnāt really sound like a Dev Hangout

Well iām mastering UI/UX design currently in several engines especially the functional side of it. but unfortunatly i donāt have much time currently to invest in a full quality game, but we can keep in touch for future reference!
