Wow! You are an amazing realistic builder! Your prices are definitely good for what you make. Seriously, this stuff is incredible. How long does it take to build this stuff? I also like the pay system you have set up here. As some would say, you might need an actual physical contract, such as a google form or doc that they can sign and you can use as proof of purchase along with dms. You charge reasonable but high prices, so it’s not unlikely that someone may try to scam you, so it’s best to gather as much evidence of purchase and ownership as possible and also keep track of clients without constant pings.

Never gave me a 100USD refund of his unfinished work until now : )
Personally, I am not mad at you or anything but before you consider accepting someone else’s payment and upfront, make sure you have enough time to do it and enough money to refund them before getting into the contract.
