CLDRTools
An obsolete module and untested that gets the data of the Unicode CLDR, with formatting numbers and getting plurals baked in.

It depends how big or small the job I’ll be doing, the minimum price for a small job I could accept 599 R$
I can only accept Robux as of now. Group payment is preferred. I accept hourly pay or pay per system but I only accept percentage payment if the game is a success.
I reverse the right to change the price just because I feel like it
