The builds will be low poly and realistic mixed and the game is about people who worked in a lab and there is a lock down and the lab workers have to get to the safe house but first have to do through many obstacles (chapters) if the game flops we will give a 500 to 1000 R$ payment to the builder.
500 to 1000 robux is a relatively small amount for a builder that from what I see, will stay with you throughout development. 500 to 1000 robux is more of a commission
Professional builders (I would assume you want one that has experience working with big games) can charge hundreds of thousands of robux for the entire project… Many professional builders would expect several hundred USD for building an entire game. If you aren’t willing to pay that much, I suggest you find a more basic builder who only charges several thousand robux. I wouldn’t suggest you to start hiring professional developers for what seems to be your first game, especially if you don’t have the funds to do it.
Hiring developers, especially for long term purposes, is not as cheap as you think.
I’m thinking this is unfair, could you also show how much percentage the other workers get because there are 4 people and the builder gets 20%, at least the builder should get 25%. Also UI Designers usually only get 10-15% or maybe even 5%, and the builder should get more for that. That leads let’s say just 10%, and then you can take 5% and give the other for the other scripter, or just take it all if your greedy. No offense. But I think the builder should at least get 25% altogether there are four people and I’m just saying the builder should at least get 25%.
From what I’ve seen, Most builders perfer to just have a large sum, and a smaller portion if the game flops. You also can just commission people. Like I did a commission for Survivor, and a bunch for GhettoMilkMan and D_vHoodie, But you also have to realize that some builders can use blender and studio to make a ton of creations. Just say, If you need some models just let me know. I have a lifetime remodel(If you dont like the model or it just doesnt fit the game style anymore. Or have a different idea for that model) I will remodel it. But percentages are just a grey area for devs.
