For almost three years now I’ve had this vision of what I want my game to be. I’ve gone through five separate maps in the pursuit of this goal, each map better than the last. My latest map is designed in such a way to give the player an interactive experience of progressing the stages of consciousness (referring to Spiral Dynamics) while being entertained and involved within certain aspects of each stage. This map is simple to navigate, highly dynamic and futuristic. The game will use certain aspects of various front page games for customization, roleplay, jobs and so on.
The foundation for the scripting has been laid by my old team and the map is nearing completion. I have a friend/investor that is willing to go all in for this game for ads / sponsors (100K+); it’s got plenty of potential.

This is spam and he is correct. Scripting is actually very easy once you get to know it, for any age. But it would be hard to work with people that young, since they might not be able to do things like voice chat, not have the availability, and not be that mature. I myself am not 16 but do agree to this, I have worked with someone 18 before and they were still immature. I have worked with people younger than that aswell, and they often drift off from their work and do other random stuff.
I agree. You don’t really need an age requirement, as long as the person you’re hiring is mature. I’m definitely not 16, but know a lot of scripting (it’s kinda what I want to study in college now ).
A person can be 20 and still be immature, while another person can be 10 and be mature.
Congrats but, you said you need people closer to your age, (OP = 16+). I mean Im not trying to be judgy/insensitive but Im going to assume that your within 4 years of that. Already a Father? I mean, nice since your going to see your kid grow up and be around for a long time.
