About us!
Kreamz is a cafe based company that strives on making a fun community but at the same time, we also strive on maintaining a good level of professionalism throughout our staff and community as a whole. We offer the best taste and we love seeing and serving our customers every day.
As our group has currently grown to 1000 members, we are in need of more staff members to assist in-game and across the discord. We believe that the Management team is the key to success in this ROBLOX industry
Note that we are only looking for HRs & MRs currently and have hired all necessary developers for the group.

Job Offers
Assistant Supervisor (MR) 0/15
Assistant Supervisors are the 3rd MR rank, and can Co-Host with Trainings. Users have been granted Moderator admin.
Supervisors are the 4th MR rank, and are responsible for supervising the Cafe and ensuring there are no exploiters/trollers, Supervisors can as well Co-Host at a Training & have Moderator level admin.
Assistant Managers are the 5th and final MR rank, they are responsible for supervising the Cafe, and have been granted Admin permissions at the Cafe, they can Co-Host a training.
General Managers are the 1st HR rank, they are responsible for supervising the Cafe, moderating the discord and Hosting/Co-Hosting a training. HRs are eligible to help out with Department work and are allowed to choose a Department & help out with it
Chief of Directors are the 2nd HR rank, they have the same responsibilities as a General Manager. Chief of Directors are more experienced, and are closer to receiving a Corporate position.

Applying for a rank
To apply, you are required to be in our group, and our discord. Both applications will be on our discord in the #announcements channel, if you cannot access or have issues with the form, we do take interviews.

Expectations and Requirements
If you pass our application stage, you are required to do our weekly activity requirements, they are really easy to complete (1 point for MR, 2 for HR) more will be explained when you are accepted. You are required to be over the age of 13, and not utilise safe chat.
Our expectations of you is to have good communication skills, a good work ethic and to be easy to work with!
