The Game

Gladiator Royale is a sci-fi third-person shooter game available on both mobile and PC. In a world where science and progress have not led to all people’s happiness, players serve as fighters in a variety of modes, such as Team Death Match, Free For All, and several more. Players are their very own futuristic gladiators, at liberty to choose their weapons, armor, equipment, clothing, titles, and much more.

So the payment is by percentage or by R$?

Payment is a percentage of the robux we earn.

Why is the payment maximum a range of numbers ? You just decide when our payment ends ?

The range is to account for the quality of the work produced. If the quality is decent and the developer has generally adhered to deadlines throughout the course of the game’s development, he or she should receive a payment on the higher end of the spectrum.

So you do decide arbitrarily when the payment ends

No. “Arbitrarily” means that the method is totally random; as I just mentioned, it isn’t.

No. “Arbitrarily” can mean based on the judgement or will of an individual. (Arbitrarily Definition & Meaning | Dictionary.com)

What i’m saying is you could decide to end all the dev’s pays at the minimum without them having any say in it and there’s nothing they could do about it.

Anyone with power over the financials of a group can pay less than what is fair. If you want to continue this discussion, feel free to DM me and we can have a more lively conversation.

Well, yes, but actually no.

If someone says on the devforums they’re going to pay a person a fixed amount of robux and they don’t, they can be reported here and get their proper share.

You, however, are saying you could either pay someone 20k or 60k robux, and a dev would have nothing to say against you in a report if they get paid 20k

(also i’m answering here for other people to see/get informed)

Fair enough. I’ve modified the post to reflect exact payments.
