Hi there! I’m the owner and head scripter of Gotham’s Shadow. Gotham’s Shadow is a Batman game on Roblox that is heavily inspired by the Arkham Series, the alpha version of the game has already been released and it’s been doing reasonably well.

About The Job
I’m looking for an experienced Game Designer that is versed in RPG games. The game’s progression system is very crude as of right now, and I have been struggling to find a sustainable core gameplay loop that engages players. The only thing that keeps the players coming back is the combat in my opinion.
As a Game Designer, your job first and foremost will be:
- Find a better core gameplay loop (Right now it’s only doing open-world activities)
- Find a system that boost replayability, whether it is events, missions, anything.
- XP and Currency Balancing for activities
- Endgame contents for players
The focus of the job would be Engagement and Replayability
Payment
The payment will be 8k Robux via group funds, this is negotiable, and I can pay 50% upfront
