Hello you can call me Nexx, I am looking for management jobs for Roblox games and discords. If you are interested in hiring a manager just read through the following and choose if you would like to hire me or not, hope to work with a few of you and helping your games & projects grow!
Why you should hire a manager (I can and will do the following)
A manager is an owners right hand man, they also have many important purposes. The owner is a busy person and sometimes it get’s hard to manage everything at once, this is where a manager comes in handy here is some duty’s a manager can do;

When the owner is away they can take charge.

They manage over staff and devs and make sure they are doing all their duty’s as well as doing the duty’s of a staff member. (A job that does multiple jobs in one)

Manage public relations / affairs and find a solution.

Can do side tasks assigned to them by the owner. (Eg. Setting up rules)
Payment
I only accept Robux and in the form of group funds or you buying a Robux product from me (Must cover tax) I will give you the option of paying % if after some time in your group I think your game will make enough Robux.
Availability
Generally around 5 - 8 hours (Not straight because I will have other servers to manage)
On weekends I could go 8+ hours if I am free.
My terms and conditions
If I feel like the game is going no where I will leave but I will do so in the early stages before any payments are made. I will not do any dev work but I am happy to check how the games going and communicate with devs in terms of time and development management. Lastly in most cases I do not work for army related or scp groups but I may make acceptations if I see potential.
