[OPEN] NauticaElurra's 2D GFX || (Thumbnails, Logos, Concepts, Badges, Pfps)

Hello, I'm NauticaElurra!

... As the title implies, I'm a 2D GFX designer with 4+ years of experience digitally, and many, many more traditionally. Alongside my experience, through various digital arts classes and courses I've taken, I am also an Adobe Certified Associate. I've previously worked for the Roblox group Sonar Studios to design some of their banners, logos, and more. In general, I have a solid grasp of digital art and how to conduct commissions, as well as finishing my work within a limited timespan.

All of my work is lineless and crisp, and people seem to very much enjoy it. I always work in a high resolution.

Programs/Devices that I use:

  • Procreate
  • Adobe Photoshop 2020
  • Clip Studio Paint
  • Graphics Tablet/iPad
  • Apple Pencil

Alongside commissions, I am also open for hire.

All of my Terms of Service and prices apply to being hired, although I will be affiliated with your team and group and dedicate more of my time and offer more services to you as a priority.

TLDR: You have constant contact with me and you are a priority among my queue.

If you wish to hire me for your studio/group, read my Contact info!

I am available to be contacted any day of the week, and respond in a reasonable amount of time, within 1-2 hours. My timezone is PST, so don’t expect me to reply if it is 3 AM over here.
However, for inquiries and commission work time, I have limited time on Mondays and Tuesdays until the afternoon.

As of now, I only take PayPal as payment.

Process

I always take payment first before beginning any work.

The process for payment is quick and easy. In DMs or messages, I will need your PayPal email and I will send you a payment request, which will appear in your email.
Why do I do this? For many reasons, primarily that is it easier for the both of us to deal with and it avoids some complications with PayPal that could occur with untrustworthy people.

Headshots + Profile Pictures: $15 USD

Game Badges + Gamepasses: $5 USD per

Game Icons: $15 USD

Communication

I value communication immensely. I will always notify you when I’ve started your commission, when I’m nearly finished, and will show the result to you as soon as possible. I expect the same be returned to me, as well. If I am ghosted (not given any response within 24 hrs after you contacting me) I will consider your commission void altogether. This applies to any point of time during the process.

Tweaks to the Commission

It’s all too common with artists being commissioned that their client would be unhappy with something and want it changed. That, I don’t blame anyone for, HOWEVER, you should always note that I will not tweak your commission if I’m too far into the process to adjust major aspects of it. Smaller adjustments are appropriate. If you want major adjustments made, communicate with me about it earlier on so I have time to fix it.

Editing Your Commission

I’m very lenient with the commissioner editing and fixing up my art to their liking. However, never claim it actually as yours, and claim it was a commissioned piece you edited, or just credit me via my Twitter tag.

Payment Issues

If you find yourself stuck with waiting for a check to roll in or your PayPal offers you issues, I will allow you to hold a position in my queue for upwards of two weeks. As long as you communicate with me about it, I will be lenient and patient.
On a separate note, I will not refund you if you ghost me for long enough and I consider your commission void. It was your responsibility to keep in contact with the person you have paid to service you.

Posting Publicly

I have the right to showcase my art in any of my social media and contacts. I will most likely always publicly post commission results with my watermark on it, but for personal use, I won’t. If you have an issue with this, tell me about it so I can accommodate to your wishes (ex. Don’t post anywhere without watermark, or don’t post publicly at all.)

Service

I have the right to reject service to anybody I find unpleasant to do business with. Simply be polite, patient, and professional around me and we will get along just fine!

Hiring

If you wish to hire me, please understand that my affiliation with certain groups is important to me and my online portfolio. If I don’t want to associate myself with a Roblox military group as an example, I will reject your hire and only do commissions for you.

To order a commission from me, I will almost always be available on Discord. I solemnly check DMs from anywhere else. If you don’t have discord, you can reply to this topic and situate with me where would be the best place to do business.

Thank you for reading and possibly considering doing business with me!

If you're interested in my workload, I have a public queue of which you can check how occupied I am and why I might have closed my commissions! (If ever). It's also helpful to know when to be the first in line when I re-open!
