About Pandox Studio 
Overview
We are Pandox Studios, a small, but HUGE upcoming game development team. We’re looking for builders who are willing to join our team and work with us on our new game! The first game idea is something to do with guns and swords. You can look into this once you DM me.
Our second game will be tied into this:
After that portion, we will then create a game which is the portion we have planned and what we will do. It is a mini game/story game. However, it is mostly battling each other in mini games.

About The Job
We are looking for professionalism and fast workers. Our game needs at least half of it done by the end of April or the beginning of May. We expect everyone to actively develop it. If caught seen inactive with no inactivity notice, you will be demoted and not able to rejoin. You percent will drop to half of what it was and will eventually be payed once the game releases.
Payment
Our method
Managing: 10%
Building: 15%
Scripting: 15%
Modelling: 13%
GFX: 10%
UI: 10%
Investment: Payed till you get 50% more than what you gave.
Payments are done every 2 weeks - 4 weeks after game releases so we pay more than if we would pay before the game.

GENERAL Terms and Conditions
- Please be descriptive when contacting me.
- You are only allowed to choose 1 development option as of now.
- You will be able to become more roles than 1 once you show good respect and activity.
- You can not cancel after we start. If you do not provide a strong or understandable reason (no excuses) why you quit, you won’t be paid.
- Long term work only.
- Payments will be available after the game when we get FUNDS.
- I am allowed to decline your position if you don’t seem right for what we are looking for.
- Help think with us to create the “best” game.

This TAC will be spread out and have a TAC for each development role. Not active yet. This TAC will come out when we have our full team. (This won’t be much different to the one right now. Just a little bit more strict with activity.)
