Description
Hello everyone, I am currently a solo developer in Regal Studios and have been since 2018, and made two games so far in this small studio group Regal Studios. You can visit these games if you’d like to see my work. However, in order to boost my motivation, productivity and to maximize the speed of developing future games, I am looking for experienced building expertise of at least 1.5 years of development as a partner who actually has a passion for developing games together along in the future. I have strong expectations for projects we create in the future to succeed well, also I currently have a new plan for a new game that I would think will succeed, so yeah! It’s going to be a fun journey developing with a partner and I’m excited to learn more about each other eventually!

Payment
Depending on the game progress and on your work quality, the percentage will vary. You will receive 15%-30% of payment in percentage depending on quality after releasing a new game project as long as you continue to maintain games and being active in position. You will, of course, take breaks of development over time to avoid having a burnout. If you do not like the payment method, please contact me and we’ll try to work things out.
Discussion
If you are interested in applying for a building/modeling job, great, show me your portfolio or any past work! I’d prefer to have multiple styles of building/modeling if you’re capable of it! Requirements
Must have at least 1.5 years of developing experience. Must be familiar with 3D programs such as Blender or anything you use, just let me know. Show your progress weekly and I’d show mine if you’d like!
Must have good communication skills between us. For now, it’s going to be you and me, but keep in mind I will be possibly hiring someone in the future to keep the games original and quality in other areas. I also prefer Discord for chatting.
Must be passionate about working on a project and most importantly, be you, we’ll build a friendship between us!
Be open-minded, express any ideas you may have! Feel free to discuss anything you have in mind!
