Heyy! I’m Simulation_Studio, I’ve been developing on this platform for 5 years. I specialise mostly in building and architecture- I have vast experience in a large range of different styles. I’m also experienced in R6 & R15 body animations and terrain.

For this project, I was tasked with building post-apocalyptic building ruins.
Price: 3,000 R$

Price: 20,000 R$

Availability

I’m available to be contacted on any of my social media or contacts below from 12:00 to 22:00 BST. My typical workday (Mon-Fri) is 8-10 hours. My weekend (Sat-Sun) work may vary from 5-10 hours.

You will always be contacted of the status of your project and will receive daily progress photos. I aim to complete projects before deadlines, however, if there are any problems regarding the dates or any delays, you will be contacted beforehand.

Payment

I work for either Robux or USD. I will always produce a document of your project with all of your requests, and the estimated price and completion date of the end product. I will also request 25% of the final agreed payment prior to getting started. The 75% will be paid once the project is fully completed and you’ve checked it and are happy to pay for it. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do all of the changes you request before the full payment.

Once the 25% final agreed payment is paid, you will have 3 working days to cancel it and get your money back if you’ve changed your mind- anything after the 3 days you will not be refunded as by then I would’ve started your project and have put in a lot of time for getting it done.

Would not recommend. Comm’ed for a simple low poly map, I had hoped it would take 2 weeks or so, as I was in a bit of a time crunch. Ghosted me after a couple days, wasted almost a week of my time.
