What is this?
This is an announcement system useful for roleplay games. I made this a while ago and just had it laying on my desktop collecting dust. There are a lot of announcement systems out there but I would like to release mine nevertheless.

Looking back, it is really not the best. Not even good. I would highly recommend learning scripting and/or creating your own.
