Hell-ow, fellow Developers out there in the ROBLOX lands. I’m Yoakes a fellow BUILDER here on ROBLOX and am getting familiar with MODELING. I have been building for give or take 2 years now. My objective is to make the people I build for happy, and walk them from point A to point B with their projects. I’m easy to talk to and easy to get along with. I’m able to work the whole week, full-time for 8 - 10 hours, however
once a week It might need to get cut down to 5-6 hours. Overall, I’m very
available, and I’m available throughout the day on Discord aswell.
This depends on what your wanting made, the size of the map as an example. That being said, I’m able to negotiate with you. I only take Robux as a form of payment for right now, however that might change. You’re expected to pay ROBLOX’s tax which is %30 I believe if you choose to pay me using other means besides Group Funds. I’m abit hesitant to do percentages, I’ll only do them if you already have a successful game out there, which proves to me that your reliable.

Worked practically all day for a number of days until I had exactly what I wanted how I wanted it! I’ll definitely be hiring this guy in the future. In general
Yoakes is easily the best builder I’ve worked with, both in skill and personality. He works extremely hard, and truly wants to build whatever it is you need. He has an amazing attitude, and has good ideas to boot.
My experience
I commissioned Yoakes to build a simulator main map and a side map/another world. Yoakes is easily the best builder I’ve worked with, both in skill and personality. When I was going through dozens of portfolios, his was obviously in the top few. But what made him stand out was his nice personality and attitude towards the project; his enthusiasm for building simulators was unmatched by anyone else I’ve chatted with. He made the maps very quickly (in a few days, but not at the expense of quality). When I wanted a few adjustments made to the maps, he did them and was happy to do so. He really just wants to make the commissioner happy. And now, for two weeks after the build is completed he’s promised to make any adjustments necessary. He has the best attitude you could hope for in a builder. I would 100% commission Yoakes again. I cannot even begin to say how much I would recommend him to others.
