About Me
Greetings! I am an Intermediate to Experienced ROBLOX Builder who has worked within the industry for almost 3 years, starting in late 2019. I have worked with several groups such as Frizzed, Rosa Cafe, Pure Bakery & Sandwich Shoppe, Zuture, and countless other small companies. I mainly specialize in cafes, bakeries, juice bars, and restaurant projects.
I am willing to work for both commission, part-time, and full-time however the contracts for part-time and full-time should be much more detailed and customized for the long term. Additionally, although my expertise lies with cafe groups, please do not hesitate to contact me for other work such as map-building, or other industry-type games (prisons, military…) as I am always open to expanding my knowledge and experience to many more domains to come!

Information
I make quality builds and always make sure to implement as many suggestions as plausible. In addition to that, everything done will be either built or modeled by me, unless under special circumstances you already have some models for me to use.
As far as a deadline is concerned, I would appreciate it if you did not issue one specific date from the beginning, instead, I would prefer a generic timeframe for me to work with. Usually, I complete projects within the timespan of 3 weeks, however, this heavily varies.
Availability
Due to schools re-opening, I am available after 5 PM BST to 8 PM BST, however, at weekends, I’m usually available for over 3 hours. With summer coming up, I hope to increase my availability.
Payment
Although prices are negotiable I usually change 5k+ for a Training Center and 8k+ for cafes/restaurants/juice bars. For Event Centers, I charge 6k+.
For projects that are non-cafe related, I am much more flexible from prices starting at 2k.
Preferred payments:
-T-shirt (+30% taxes)
-ROBLOX Gift Cards
-Group funds (primarily for long-term work)
-I do not accept percentages or USD.
-I do not accept upfront payment unless if it is 20%-30%.
-If you decide to cut down the project you are not expected to pay anything unless you wish to get the building unfinished (which will be 20%-50% of the payment depending on how much progress I’ve made).
Once again, prices are extremely negotiable.
