hello! my name is zhengshi, and i am a builder! i’ve been building on roblox since mid-2020. i specialize in high-detail modern and contemporary building, but i do have experience in sci-fi and classical build styles too. most of my experience comes from various homestore & runway commissions for groups.

I am on the Eastern Standard Timezone, and is available for contact on my discord for most hours of the day, Monday-Saturday.
Realistically, I will be working on your build for about 1-2.5 hours a day, but I like to take mental health breaks to relax, or to make sure I don’t get burned out.
optimization: my builds are very high detail. i will try to union & group as much as possible to help the game run smoothly. please let me know how much detail you want on your commission.
organization: please be clear as possible when trying to hire me. when contacting me, if possible, send many reference photos, and a general sense of what you want. please don’t say you just want a homestore, please include the possible size, themes, mannequin count, etc… i will be sure to work with you for all your needs.
timing: i will attempt to work on builds almost every day. please let me know a general deadline, and i’ll be sure to work with you accordingly. please do not rush me.

at this moment, usd offers will be prioritized due to robux commisions becoming more difficult to sustain (from the new update)
i do not have a set pricing chart, since i believe that every build is different and contains different elements that require different pricings. i included the pricing in my “showcase” tab for people to get a sense of the range of prices.
when it comes to USD commissions, the price will correspond with the DevEx robux rate. (if a build is contracted for 100k, then the USD equivalent will be $350.) payments will be conducted via paypal ONLY.
for robux payments, group payout is preferred, but tshirt/gamepass is suitable (however tax must be accounted for)
