Payment&Exemple of work

The payment will be % of the revenue of the game I search also people work for free There is the percentage for each type of dev:

Scripter: 15%
Animator: 5%
Voice actor(tress): 15%

Exemple of work

Scripters
For scripter its will be to make some gui and also to make some cutscene and inventory system, shop to buy some character and more…

Animator
You will need to make like a walk animation, eating animation, run animation, attack animation, scene animation and much more…

Voice actor/ Voice actress
The story is not finish to be made i have some idea, but i will start making the story soon.For now I only search people want join the team has a voice actor/voice actress You must be able to speak english and change your voice like a robot and much more…

No offense but if you need 12 voice actors and you give each 15% of revenue thats more than 100% of your revenue

So, you want to tell me that As Animator i will have to do HARD job and get 5% overall.

Well, Till the percents not going to rise atleast to 10 animators will not attend.

Have a question. How are ypu going to pay all the voice actors 15% EACH plus how much percentage you are getting and what are you doing in thebproject?

I think he means he will split 15% of the revenue between all the actors otherwise it doesn’t makes sense.
