Hey everyone! Earlier today I was testing stuff and finding out the best options for recording on studio because I am a Roblox animator and I post stuff on youtube and I want to have the best quality as much as possible. But that’s not the point, I was testing the OpenGL Graphics Mode option and it looked great in studio and I wanted to take a screenshot to compare between different modes, but the result of the screenshot is a very weird looking glitchy screenshot.
How are you taking the screenshot? Through the Roblox shortcut or from your PC’s native screenshot application? If one doesn’t work, try the other.
Also, I think this should go in #help-and-feedback:platform-usage-support
When you take a screenshot in Roblox Studio, the image that is captured is a representation of what is currently being displayed on your screen. If the image looks glitchy or distorted, it is likely that this is because the game or application you are trying to capture is not properly rendering the scene when the screenshot is taken. This could be due to a number of different factors, such as an issue with the graphics driver or a problem with the settings within the game or application.
One possible cause of the problem could be the settings of the OpenGL mode you are using. OpenGL is a cross-platform graphics API (Application Programming Interface) that can be used to create high-performance graphics in games and other applications. However, depending on the specific version of OpenGL and the capabilities of your computer’s graphics card, it may not work properly in all cases.
Try experimenting with different settings for the graphics options in Roblox Studio and see if you can find a combination that works well for your particular setup.
