Opening a script shows an ambiguous script counter rather than the script name in the Studio Window

OS: Windows 10

Repo:
Open a new place, make a new Script, name it anything silly, open it, and the studio window name would be Script .. #

You can make more scripts and name them anything, and expect to open them to the same result. However, it doesn’t always bug out like this, there are chances when the name would appear correctly.

Been happening ever since the studio build current on 2/23/19. (0. 373. 0. 280591 (64bit))

Example:

Which increments based on how many times you’ve opened a script ever since you opened studio.
And when you’re in the editor, it will show it on the Studio Window rather than the script name.

Edit: Seems like it does this initially, since hopping off and on into the editor with the tabs seems to show the correct name.
However, this is still a bug because initially opening the script will show the ambiguous script counter.

Looking at the screenshot, where is the script located in the explorer or anywhere? As I am currently to reproduce this bug

Bug still pertaining with studio build 0. 381. 0. 295409 (64bit).
