Opening new baseplate from file causes softlock by infinitely loading a new baseplate

Reproduction Steps

Whenever you open a new baseplate from a local file, it softlocks the place by infinitely loading the baseplate place.

Repro steps:

  1. open a place file from your PC
  2. press the new baseplate button
  3. the place file you opened it from will get softlocked by infinitely loading the baseplate

Expected Behavior

The place not to get softlocked

Actual Behavior

the place gets softlocked by infinitely loading the baseplate
