So I’m working on this horror game for some time now. I finally decided it’s time to make the map (which is a house). I want my game to be different from other roblox horror games, so i’d like to make it somewhat realistic.
My question is: Is it okay to use pre-made assets from Roblox themselves, instead of making them on my own?
Like I know they’re made for exactly that, but i’m afraid my game would be seen as rushed and bad, just because i used free assets
You can use pre-made assets if it’s only really small things (such as a flower pots, dishes etc.). Using pre-made assets for bigger things is generally a bad idea it will not look good and will be hard to match with the style and evironment of your game
Use small models like flower pots. doors, but for the house you would want to hire a builder to make or make it yourself. You can insert a house just for a outline then just redo the whole house if that make sence
