I’m I like how you’ve incorporated grass around the windmill, and even light’s.
Honestly, there isn’t anything that should be changed; it’s perfect as is.

Your windmill looks really good. Congratulations on your build - you ought to be rightly proud of what you have done. 
May I ask, do the sails turn? If they did, it would be just perfect! I’d love to see a video of your windmill in a field of animated grass to emphasise the wind, with the sails turning and the gentle sound of creaking/groaning wood in the audio. If not (and you are unsure) have a peep at this Roblox tutorial for hints as to how to add a rotation effect.

I really love about how much detail you put onto the windmill!
I have an idea, it would be pretty cool to have tiny objects near the windmill fly around once the windmill starts to blow. It would give a bit of realism to the windmill which would be pretty cool!

Really nice windmill. Looks like you used not many parts (not meant bad), but you got a lot of detail in it. It’s really good, I would just add frames to the windows.

You could add more details to the blades;
The windows also need more detail and maybe place them in different places like;
Due to the stairs inside being spiral.
Good job besides that.

I just mean small frames around the neon parts, maybe 2.5 - 0.5 studs thick. It just let’s the parts dont look like they are just sticked in there.
But it still looks good anyways.

It’s not bad! I actually believe that it’s pretty fine, however, it could use some details, especially in the body of the windmill with the stone. With some edits such as adding wood, a base, and larger detailed windows it would look really good, especially with the flags of the windmill which looks pretty nice!
