Opinions, feedback and criticism on the custom character rig made for my horror game?

This game is in first-person but is also multiplayer up to 4 people so the custom rig will be seen unless single player has been chosen.

Should I keep this rig, redesign it, or just use the standard Roblox character?

I’m up for suggestions as well if anything should be added/removed from the character.

I think overall it looks pretty good, and seems to match with the style of your game, but personally I would use a more natural head shape, and slightly lowered shoulders / slightly angled shoulders - e.g. with a wedge.
