I’m working on a homestore for my group and need some ideas and feedback.
(and yes im going to be adding more shirt displays in the future)
I gotta say, the interior of the store looks EMACULATE. I don’t think there’s very much to critique about it.
However, in regards to the exterior (last screenshot), I personally find it a little bit bleak/bare, but that might be because of the brick texture. I’m not sure if the black “mobility” text is a temporary placeholder or not, but if it’s not, I’d like to suggest making the name of the store stand out a little bit more. Perhaps engraving the store name into the brick wall in white? (just google image “walmart” for you’re unsure of what I mean)
Other suggestions for the exterior include: advertisements or posters on the brick walls; 1-2 more windows, adding lights and post lamps outside, and adding stuff you’d typically find outside of a store in a city (benches, hedges, garbage can(s), vegetation, etc.)
That looks beautiful! I love the industrial feel. For exterior, add graffiti, posters, and a trash can to make it feel more used. Another suggestion is a window display.

Thank you for your input George
Love it! The shadowing is amazing! It brings the right vibe and all!
One thing I must say is that you should make the lights create a tone. Unless that natural tone is what you want.
The brick walls are repetitive. Try changing it up! Maybe maybe one wall wooden or have a grey color. Change up the materials and colors! Maybe you can add a new material ONTO that brick wall! Especially on the outside. Maybe make sections of the place have different materials and colors. Add more to the roof and the walls. Add more things outside on the sidewalk. Maybe a street pole or a few plants! Maybe some signs on the window and on the walls!
Changing the color and material also applies on the flooring as well.
Overall, the shape is fine! The atmosphere is nice! All you need is a touch of variety and you’re good!
The exterior needs some work, first of all, you should make the roof overhang a little to add a little detail as well as making the sign 3D text instead of text on a decal. You should also add a bit more windows to the back part because looking at a brick wall is unpleasant. Also maybe make the flat roof out of metal instead since most flat roofs are made of metal.
The interior to exterior difference seems a little much, for instance your interior has this amazing lighting, has detailed light fixtures and wood details, then your exterior is basically just a brick box, overall this build is gorgeous, but I think you can definitely do more to the outside to make it stand out a little more!
