Jokes aside I think with graphics like that you should try to make shorts on different social media, focused on showing the builds of the restaurant, especially if you can animate something in that cave.
Also, group plaza I think is always a good idea
The build is really nice & cozy! Try making it more detailed & extended building. Make it even more engaging, you could consider adding interactive elements like a food-making system where players can prepare or serve sushi, some NPC customers to bring the place to life even when it’s empty, and maybe a few fun mini-games like a sushi prep challenge.
Now for advertising, Try making short TikTok videos or posts on Instagram/Youtube showing off the restaurant vibe and gameplay. You could also share your game in Roblox groups or roleplay Discord servers that fit your theme. Collab with small content creators who might love showcasing cute or roleplay-type games. And if possible, add a donation board or game passes in the game to slowly build up funds for sponsorships later. Keep updating the game and building a small community, and you’ll start seeing more growth over time! Goodluck

In terms of staffing, reach out to the MRs of other larger groups and offer them equivalent ranks.
When I was in cafes/Hotels/etc groups, I would often have my ranks exchanged in groups being relaunched or launched.
