Hello everyone. This is my first post on this forum since i have began playing back in 2009. I am currently developing a game that takes place in a small town, where you can explore and meet new friends. I have put in about 3 days into it so far, any feedback or opinions would be appreciated!
Please keep in mind this is my first project and my skills are very bare. Also, the two inside pictures are pictures of the store (blue building on left) and the cafe (Red building at the far end) from inside when you walk in. With all that aside, i hope you find the idea pretty interesting. Thank you!!
Hello, the map has gotten a needed overhaul. The last picture is an updated one of what the new buildings and vibe will consist of. Thank you for your feedback, it helped a lot.
Good start! Try filling in some spaces though, this can be achieved with objects such as more vegetation and various other decorations. (Street lamps, benches and some signs)
You should also add a barrier like a side walk to the inside of the road.
Keep in mind this is only 3 days of work, so its not going to be very detailed. And as of 9/5/20 the map is getting a new overhaul, so it may look bare. Thank you for your feedback!
I appreciate the feedback, i will definitely use more details inside the buildings. Right now i am just focusing on making the layout and creating the basic structures. Thank you!
