I was wondering if I can DevEx my Robux with a past infraction. Let me explain:
1-2 years ago I got into an huge argument with a player and we started insulting each other. All that came out was tags, but we did it anyway. Shortly after I got a 7 day ban.
Roblox said that not complying with the Roblox TOS will get you blacklisted from DevEx, but it was 1-2 years ago. What do you guys think?

I’ve broken a hellva lot of TOS simply by developing assets that Roblox for some reason deemed offensive or getting into petty arguments over the years, yet I was able to devEx this year without a single issue.
The whole “you’ll get blacklisted if you break TOS” is more of a myth than anything, it should be more focused towards “if you break serous lengths of TOS you could be blacklisted” such as USD buying/trading, account selling, etc.
Oof, this is a good question. Keep me updated, I’m interested too.
