I recently decided to learn rendering in Blender, and today I made my first thumbnail. Any opinions/suggestions are welcome!

Your first render looks pretty good though there could be some improvements:
The title render looks albeit, a bit bland. You could add some outlines, bolding, or mix some colors in.
Your character render look’s pretty good but adding some more light a little bit or shine can give it a more lively feel.
The background render look’s pretty good but seems scarce and empty. You can add some people into the background or more decorations rather then just tables and chairs. Even adding a little vegetation or trees can give it some spice in the background.
Try making it more bright aswell for the background.

For your first render it is very good. Way better then what I probably could make for my first render. Although I think you should maybe add some type of effects to the render or the text because it does seem a little plain. But overall it is very nice. Keep up the good work.

Your first render, looks very good however there is some things you could improve on:
As @3rdhoan123 said the background on your render look quite empty. I would recommend you add some details on the table and as said above, add some people in the background so it could look a little nice and other different decorations to it. Instead of having just chairs/tables you could add some plants little trees others! so it would not look empty!!
And add some effects to your render a little more and, the text you could improve that a little more i would suggest you add, some lights to your render piece. So it could look a lot more better however you have done a great job on it.
Try adding different details to the background. So it could look more decent keep up the, good work!

The text stands out much more better to the background and the background looks more brighter.

Personally, I’d suggest adding some food items, making it so there’s actual activity in the background, and people are eating / chatting.

Your first render isn’t bad. It doesn’t have any pixels, it looks clean, and it makes the overall image a little more happy.
I’m not the biggest fan of the text though. It looks 3D at the top, but gradually is less 3D as it goes down.
The way the color of the text looks with the background isn’t my favorite, but that’s the way I see it and is more of a personal opinion.
The background is plain, and I think that works pretty well tbh.
(Maybe make the text match the blue on the tables, it (the text color) looks darker than the tables)
Other than that, I do think that the image (and especially render) is pretty good. Great job!

This is amazing for a first GFX! I remember mine. Here is a picture of mine. 
Yeah, yours is a lot better than my first one. Here are my suggestions:
First of all, the title is a little bland, and could use more. Though, I do really like the 3D effect. Also, I think the limbs need to bend more. Those are really the only things I can think of.
Keep up the good work!

For your first ever render, it is pretty clean, background is slightly basic though, could have added some detail to the overall image, but it is your first render, for your second one, work also with getting the detail up high, well done though. (6.5/10)
