I’ve recently been commissioned to build for Bloxxed Hotels, and I’m quite happy with this hotel that I’ve built for them.

Looks good apart from the fact that all the rooms are the same and there are no doors. As a modernistic building, it serves its purpose. Have you considered making it by the sea instead? It could give players something to do and somewhere to interact – a pool, the beach, etc.

We have beaches each side:
We also have a water park, and hot air balloons as activities.
But having some variation between the standard rooms is a great idea!

The fact that the beach itself is cornered by large and basic cliffs doesn’t look very appealing. Same with how the beach is just a semi-circle.
Players aren’t going to be spending multitudinous amounts of time in their rooms; they’re going to want to interact, and that generally occurs in an environment that is appealing. If I was a visitor to that place, I think I’d want to see a more detailed seaside that’s had more thought put into it. Smooth terrain is a good start.

Adding on this suggestion, it would’ve been a more enjoyable experience if there was actually something to do.
Beach activities could’ve been
- hand gliding
- surfing
- sight seeing
- finding buried treasure.
Instead there’s no actual cognitive behind it, it’s just the typical generic role play sandbox level design that relies heavily on an active community which isn’t a good business model to base it on.
My advice to you would be reaching out to those that have mastered the execution of social sandboxes. Top of my list would be @SONICTHEHEDGEHOGXX ,
@Widgeon as they’ve found out what does and doesn’t work anymore.

Here’s one I built a couple years back, might give you some ideas for the sea/background area so it looks more appealing. I did a large pit with a waterfall, the pool extends over the cliff-side & has a glass floor and railing which gave it a neat feeling for those swimming under the water.

The hotel looks great although I feel that the mountains/hills surrounding it don’t really fit in and should be bigger/taller but that’s just my opinion.I think you should experiment with the surrounding environment.

From the pictures I see, I don’t see suites, for gamepass uses, but you could add some in, with balconeys overlooking the pool area.

I believe that you could add more detail to many places such as the beach, ocean (the water mass shown), or even the rooms. From the pictures shown the beach looks very vague, it only has umbrellas and seats. I think that you should try improve what is shown by adding more detail to the places that aren’t the main “focal point.”
