It looks like you turned the part the decal is on into foil to make it look shiny, but that’s isn’t the most convincing due to the fact that It goes over the ends of the blood.

Its looks pretty neat though it would look a bit better if blood was a bit more red
‘Foil’ texture looks quite weird but other than that pretty nice
A replacement could be use of PBR textures maybe?
