Option for incoming replication lag to not impact "Play Solo" time

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to have incoming replication lag not impact startup time.

  1. It’s useful to simulating incoming lag in Studio to experience how high-latency players experience the game.
  2. However, it increases startup time of “Play solo”
  3. I want to have the FASTEST possible play solo time, while still retaining the latency for testing.

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because I could continue to simulate latency in how I play the game, but still have faster startup time.
