Similar to Steam, you should allow us to make it where we have to click a link in our email before any trade can be accepted, a limited item can be put on sale, or any asset made by ROBLOX can be deleted.
This helps as 90% of the time, when an account is compromised, the attacker doesn’t have access to the email account.
That’d just be annoying if I had to verify myself through my email every time I wanted to log in. What Usering said – don’t let your account be compromised in the first place.

Excuse us for wanting to take action to do what you said.
don’t let your account be compromised in the first place
Is this not a way to do just that?

If someone has your password then your account is already compromised.

Some of us are so antagonistic for no raisin.
He’s suggesting an optional feature for account security that Steam/ Runescape / big gaming things have
What if someone like a friend or relative starts messing with your stuff while you’re BRB in the washroom? So many scenarios, dudes.
I didn’t notice “Optional” in the thread title. I don’t know if you noticed or not, but I had already thanked one of the posts you also thanked for pointing that out to me.

I was with you right up until you made up some bogus statistic.
It’s actually based on people I know, as well as myself from BCGames.
Out of 6 friends that fell victim to link scams, none of them lost access to their email. As for BCGames, my ex already had my email password. So yeah. That all got sorted out though.
But yes, you’re right, I did phrase it as a general statistic rather than an opinionated statistic.
I suggest a seperate password, for the two way verification, so anyone that has acess to E-mail can’t randomly dissable the feature if they got acess to both account and E-mail xD
