➠ Who Are We?
・O.O.U.E is an organization that has an approval of the government to perform tests, expedition, and research that are below the earth surface. Which leads to a lot of anomaly being found and special ores and minerals being mine.
➠What’s Our Job?
・Our job is to secure any resources, minerals, creatures, that are seemingly out of this world. Any hostile creatures, minerals, objects, or just anything that can do harm to humanity MUST be keep classified and avoid to let the society know about. Reasons included causing public horror, society riot, and more secured reasons.
➠Is this another SCPF ripoff?
・I’m trying to stay original at this.
➠What about the facilities?
・Our facility is mostly built underground while the upper level is just a reception area. The underground section are used for research, visiting, and training.
➠About the expedition…?
・We travel all across the world while recruiting people from all nations in order to communicate with other nation’s leaders, in order to get their approval to set up a outpost. Every outpost have it’s good spots and bad spots. For example, Outpost #001 is the first outpost O.O.U.E have ever set up. Outpost #001’s location is in Iceland. We were not able to get their approval for constructing an outpost. So we must go outlaw for it, since there have been too many reports of “strange incidents” happening with their local miners. We have been sent all across the world for these extremely weird anomaly and perform research about it. Iceland has been sending spies in disguise of test workers or recruits into the outpost to bring it down. They even hired a PMC to take it down. But in return, we found a lot of anomaly and have done research on them.
➠Why are there living people being used as test subjects?
・These people are criminals. Mostly on a death row. They have sinned, badly. Or they agreed to partake in this kind of operation. The possibility of them dying is high.
