Department Roles

Staffing department lead (MAX 1) - This role is meant to supervise and manage the whole entire Staffing Department. They Approve, manage and provide the well being for this department.
Staffing Department Co-lead (MAX 2) - They directly help the lead, and do a lot of the same jobs, but still most things that come up must be approved by the lead unless further stated by the lead to approve.
Staffing Department Officer (limitless) - This is the regular rank and in this rank, you do all staffing department jobs/tasks which are given to you by the department leader and/or owner/section that is called “Jobs”.
Staffing Department Trial Officer (limitless) - This is the rank you get when first passing. You must do jobs and help the Staffing department. After some time, you will be auto promoted to Department Officer by your lead.

Jobs

Jobs/tasks will mostly be given to you by your staffing lead member. But sometimes, you may be free/open to do other things within the staffing department. Some of these things are listed below.

  • Moderating staff
  • Attending Sessions
  • Working on other staffing-related business.

Please note that it is not the things limited to above. If you believe you can do something beneficial to being on the Staffing Department when you don’t have a job/task, you can do that.

Promotions within the department

Getting a promotion within the staffing department may take time and dedication. Do not think it will just come to you, and getting promoted in the Staffing department is a big responsibility. The lead/co-lead, (if applicable) will discuss. Then a promotion may be given out, but not on a regular basis. Some of the things you can do to get a promotion is dedication, activity, grammar, professionalism etc.
