🍡 Oroku Game Rules

It is mandatory to follow the ROBLOX Terms of Use and ROBLOX Community Standards.

[1] Respect:

  • We expect all guests to treat each other with kindness and respect. Disrespectful behavior, including harassment, bullying, or verbal abuse towards other players or staff members, will not be tolerated. Treat others how you would like to be treated to maintain a positive community atmosphere.

[2] Trolling:

  • Trolling or purposely disturbing the flow of the restaurant is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, sending offensive messages, exploiting game glitches, improperly ordering, and intentionally disrupting gameplay. Such behavior disrupts the enjoyment of others and will lead to disciplinary action.

[3] Exploiting:

  • Using unauthorized game vulnerabilities or cheats to gain an advantage, manipulate gameplay, or disrupt the normal functioning of the restaurant is strictly prohibited. If any signs of exploitation are detected, the exploiter will be permanently banned to ensure the integrity of our game environment.

[4] Attire:

  • Your clothing choices need to be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Inappropriate clothing includes, but is not limited to:
    • Racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, or any form of discriminatory clothing.
    • Invisible clothing with realistic skin color.
    • Clothing that bypasses the Roblox filter (e.g., swearing).
    • Offensive clothing (e.g., anti-LGBTQ+ clothing).
    • Not showing your overhead username in game
    • If you are wearing inappropriate attire, you will be given one minute to change. Failure to comply will result in a ban. Oroku’s Management+ has the discretion to determine what is inappropriate.

[5] Advertising:

  • Advertising is not allowed within our community. This includes but is not limited to, promoting your or others’ social media, Roblox group/game, Discord server, etc. This ensures our focus remains on Oroku’s experience. Violations will result in a ban.

[6] Spamming:

  • Spamming, which includes sending repetitive, unsolicited messages or content in chat or on our group wall, is not allowed. This behavior disrupts communication and can lead to a ban.

[7] Alternate Accounts:

  • If you are banned from the server for violating the rules, creating and using alternate accounts to rejoin is not allowed. Oroku’s Management+ reserves the right to ban your alternate accounts to uphold the initial ban’s effectiveness if they have reason to suspect you are an alt of a banned user.

[8] Bypassing:

  • Bypassing is the act of bypassing Roblox’s filter to display inappropriate messages, profanity, or other prohibited content. This includes inappropriate usernames and display names, and any content that violates Roblox’s community standards. If any bypassing content is detected, it will result in an automatic ban. This rule applies to all interactions, including training sessions and at the restaurant. Bypassed usernames or display names will result in a permanent ban.

[9] Bothersome Behavior:

  • Continuously following, annoying, or bothering others in-game, especially admins, is not acceptable. If you persist in such behavior after being asked to stop, you will be banned from the server. Respecting others and Oroku’s Management+ helps maintain order and a pleasant environment for all.

[10] Common Sense:

  • If you think something might be wrong or against the rules, it likely is. This code of conduct covers the basic rules, but using common sense is essential. If Oroku’s Management+ feels you are trying to bypass any rules, they have the right to take action, including banning you from the server.

[11] Personal Privacy:

  • Respect the privacy of other players, and keep your information secure. Never share personal information about yourself or others. Sharing others’ private information without their consent will result in a permanent ban, banning you from all facilities, our Roblox group, and our Discord server.

[12] Communication:

  • To ensure clear communication, please speak English while at the restaurant, as most staff members only understand this language. If you are not familiar with English, please attempt to translate your messages. If you are unable to do so, an admin will try to translate their speech to your language. Trolling in another language or refusing to communicate in English after being informed to do so will result in a ban.

[13] False Claims:

  • Making false accusations or reports about other users is not permitted. This can harm innocent players and waste valuable time. Additionally, intentionally spreading misinformation about topics is not tolerated. If you continue to make false claims after being asked to stop, you will be banned from the server.

[14] Order Limit:

  • You may order a maximum of three items at one time to ensure efficient service. If you attempt to order more than three items, you will be reminded of the limit. Continuing to violate the order limit will result in a kick from the server.

[15] Account Age:

  • To visit the restaurant, your Roblox account must be at least 14 days old. This requirement helps prevent trolling and exploiting. We understand this may inconvenience new users, but it is in the best interest of our community’s safety and enjoyment.

[16] Discrimination:

  • Racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism, or any form of discriminatory language or behavior is not permitted at Oroku. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal statements, usernames, and articles of clothing. Any such behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Failure to follow these regulations set by the Leadership Team can and will result in disciplinary action(s) taken against you with the inclusion of possible removal from the community. If you violate a rule, you may be either warned, kicked, or banned based on the severity of the situation and the determination of a official staff member.

If you believe you were wrongfully disciplined, please check the Appeal Procedures section. This statement applies to all community guidelines which are stated above.

Any sort of evasion to these punishments can highly lower the possibilities of them being revoked. All of the different sorts of punishments have a different procedure for its appeal so please, check the appropriate section for the most accurate help regarding your appeal.

Once that week has ended, you will need to open a support ticket in our Discord server, and then wait until someone sends you an appeal form.

Community Blacklist:

  • This blacklist prevents you from joining any Oroku related games and our communications server. Unfortunately, you must wait 12 months to appeal your community blacklist. Until then, you won’t be able to play any Oroku related games or join any Oroku related servers anymore.

Some reasons your appeal may be denied might be (but aren’t limited to):

🍚 Restaurant Assistant Promotion Guide

Once you reach the role of Master Chef, our Operations Department will begin keeping a closer eye on you to see if you are worthy of Restaurant Assistant. If they see consistent hard work from your part and feel that you are worthy of the position, you may be promoted to Restaurant Assistant!

In order to be eligible for a promotion to Restaurant Assistant, there are a few requirements you must meet. If you don’t meet those requirements, you are unfortunately not eligible for that position.

  • We encourage players to work around 15-20 minutes per day at the restaurant.
  • We especially notice players who actively engage with the community and interact with customers, fellow Low Ranks, and even members of Management and above.
  • We look for helpful, professional, and determined players, and showing these traits can boost your chances. We actively seek maturity and leadership skills in our Low Ranks.
  • Actively report players not following our rules and be helpful when doing so. Although you cannot moderate other players yourself and shouldn’t act as a figure with authority, you can send in reports to MRs in-game with the support icon or on our Discord server. Players being thorough and providing enough information for us to take action stand out. Do not overcomplicate the process though, as too much information may be too much to read through and will delay the reporting process.
  • We notice Low Ranks who truly take the time to receive a promotion and work hard for it.
  • Those who work towards a promotion the proper way will always have the best chance, and those who attempt to cheat the system will drastically hurt their chances at promotion.
  • Manager and above will seek out good candidates themselves, and seeking attention from any Management+ member will hurt your chances of receiving a promotion.
  • Gaps in your activity or very inconsistent activity patterns are a red flag to Manager+ as it shows us you may not uphold consistent activity as an MR+. The more active you are and the more consistent you are, the better your chances of getting promoted. Remember doing 30 minutes per day is better than 2 hours one day and then 10 minutes the next, and then 0 minutes the next, and then 25 minutes the next day, etc.
  • If you expect to be a candidate for Restaurant Assistant, you MUST be able to properly handle altercations at the restaurant. This means properly warning trollers, calling support, and de-escalating the situation. This also means properly sending in reports on the Discord server.
  • Pretending you have authority over others is extremely frowned upon. Pretending you can or that you have other special permissions to handle them is not allowed and will hurt your chances of promotion.
  • Avoid entering servers just because that server has MRs in it. Manager and above can view your performance and activity outside of the game, and can even view those consistently server-hopping just to find an MR+.
