Their is a saying that goes," You get what you paid for" You paid 4k for somebody to make multiple cars. I say report him but defiantly higher the pay and check out his account info and feedback before hiring

Each vehicle is from a different game slightly edited. He probably uses Synapse to get into the game’s files and steal the model of the car. Sadly ROBLOX’s cheat system doesn’t recognize if a person is using programming apps in good or bad ways. And i have the right to say this since i, personally, am using Synapse and Cheat Engine to test my game’s security using different ROBLOX anti cheat systems and user made systems.
Result? Yes. Report him.

Just from the price he was willing to do it at he sounds fishy. Cars are not the easiest thing to model in any software and can easily take hours for one model, 4k seems very small.

Well first of all, fire your modeler, as he is charging you for someone else’s work. Then report him to Roblox for doing so.

Indeed my friend. A full modeled car (inside and outside, even the engine and all it’s components) can go from 5k up to 14k depending on how complex the vehicle is and in the amount of time the creator had available.
This is very true, vehicles are extremely expensive, be wary of those claiming to model multiple high poly vehicles for very cheap, even models that are premade then important can be upwards of $90 USD, just for the model, before its imported.
Pacifico cars aren’t name brands. They’re remakes I believe, not similar enough.

I’m deeply sad that’s you’ve trusted this person into making you vehicles legitimately and paying them upfront, but they sadly took advantage of your trust and scammed you.
I urge you to report this to ROBLOX, but you should make sure you have enough evidence and eligible to get there account banned as stated in T.O.S roblox does not deal with offsite interactions involving scams as well.

As @T3QX said these a lot of these belong to ER:LC. I’m tagging the owner and DMing the owner to confirm these. Another way to tell who made them is check the mesh ID’s and put them into an item and see who the creator is. Also yeah probably should contact Roblox because stuff like this isn’t allowed.

I think you should contact Roblox Support and when a human finally emailed you give him/her all the proofs you have so they can warn or ban your car modeler.
Could you send a few close ups for the Tesla Roadster? I was the one who originally modeled it a few days after the debut, although some time has passed since then and he could have possibly just found free models on the internet. I’d like to confirm if this is the same one I built.
Yeah looks like four of these are from my game. It’s the first two cars and the second two (Charger, Suburban, Mustang, Explorer). You can tell the windshields are different colors on those 4 vs the other 2, plus the Vehicle_Lights model is exactly what we use. We paid for the rights to these and they cost us as much as $200 USD each. There’s not much to do other than report him to Roblox. They may do something if it’s obvious (but they probably won’t). You can also share his name so others can avoid hiring him and receiving stolen assets as well.

Hi ik this is a late response but what u should do is ask the person to show a portfolio and if u want to be more sure ask him for some sort of video proof
These (car assets) where stolen from a 300k group with the games own these car assets.
You, won’t get in trouble if you delete the stolen assets from a popular game/group.

If they would try making if the app has an certain name your roblox client closes, you cant, they update their program name every time roblox updates sometimes It’s impossible to patch exploits.

Also if he does have a DevForum account I would report him there as well.
