Our upcoming game was taken down for breach of PII?

Hello!

My team and I recently released our game - pouring a lot of time and money into it. We saw huge success over the first 5 days with a rising player count of 300 on average and peaking at 600, when all of a sudden Roblox decided to give us a strike for violating their Personal Identifiable Information guidelines - resulting in our game being taken down.

The ‘offensive item’ they provided was the game ID itself which isn’t very helpful. Nothing in our game seems to violate these guideline and the only possible reasons I can think of are the description where we credit our thumbnail artist and link their X account or some military voicelines that I - a consenting adult recorded myself.

I’ve already contacted moderation as this is 100% a false report but I just wanted to ask around if anybody’s had any similar experiences and if this will affect the performance of our game in the algorithm?

Thanks!

I can’t say this has ever happened to me, but yeah this will affect your game’s performance, at least until you re-advertise.
