Introduction
Everyone in the Discord server will also be assigned there group rank by default. Keep in mind, there are additional ranks Frozey has which are exclusive to the Discord server.
Standard Discord Ranks
These ranks have no special administrative privileges.
VIP
Dedicated to members who purchase the VIP game pass at Frozey.
Former MR/HR
Dedicated to someone who was previously a MR/HR.
Frozey Gold Member
Given to certain people for exemplary contributions.
Administrative Ranking
These ranks have some special administrative privileges. Some of these ranks may be invite only once you have reached a certain group rank.
Appeal Review Committee
This rank is invite only for anyone who is Helper+. In some rare cases, Senior Cashiers may be invited to the Appeal Review Committee as well. The Appeal Review Committee is tasked with reviewing all appeals sent into the Discord server.
Internship Program Officer
This rank is open to anyone Administration+, and invite only to Shift Managers. Internship Program Officers are to keep in touch with any intern who is assigned to them. They are tasked with approving interns to be promoted once finished their program, and making sure the intern is completing their program properly.
Executive Committee
This rank is open to anyone Chief Executive Officer+, and invite only to anyone ranked Chief Staff Officer or Chief Operations Officer. They are tasked with making executive decisions within Frozey.
