The first rank of the group. Customers will able to join the application center with this rank.

LR | Low Rank

2 | Awaiting Training
Awaiting Training will get this rank by applying. You will able to attend training with this rank.

3 | Junior Barista
Junior Baristas will have this rank after pass a training. You will able to go behind the counter with this rank.

4 | Barista
Baristas will have this rank after pass a training. You will able to go behind the counter with this rank.

5 | Senior Barista
Senior Baristas will have this rank after pass a training. You will able to go behind the counter with this rank.

MR | Medium Rank

6 | Staff Assistant
The people who promoted to Staff Assistant from Senior Barista, have moderator permissions. They can assist in training, supervise the cafe.

7 | Supervisor
This rank is the same as Staff Assistant. But Supervisors can be Trainer on the training.

8 | Manager
This rank is the same as Supervisors.

HR | High Rank

9 | Chief Executive Officer
With this rank, Chief Executive Officer will have admin permissions. And can promote Staff Assistant > Manager users.

SHR | Super High Rank

Vice Chairman has head admin permission. With this rank, Vice Chairmans can promote Staff Assistant > Chief Executive Officer.
This rank is cannot have this rank now.

Staff Assistant Promotion Tips

1) You should use grammar at all times.
2) Don’t annoy customers like “Sir, you wanna juice?”
3) Be active.
4) Don’t use too many emojis/symbols.
